1. Place an Order Request
After we process your request we will send you an FTP account login so you can upload your photos.
2. Upload your pictures and let us know which photo you'd like to use as the "big photo"
3. We will send you a PayPal invoice
4. Upon payment of the invoice, we'll design three mosaic's of your "big photo"
You'll let us know the one you like best
5. Your mosaic would be printed and mailed to you

The entire process takes 2-3 business days. The delivery time is about 4-10 days depending on the shipping option.

Your mosaic is shipped in a tube packaging and usually weights less then 1 lbs or 450 grams.
Shipping outside the United States in a 6-10 day delivery period will run at approximately $12-14 USD.

A photo mosaic is a picture produced by arranging many smaller tile images to form a vibrant larger picture.

The only thing required to place an order is digital pictures on your computer. If you have a digital camera you almost certainly have digital pictures on your computer. If you cannot find your pictures, they are probably in your My Pictures directory inside My Documents.

You will receive a customized photo mosaic made from your own picture collection and printed in the size that you choose.

The order process requires 3 simple steps: Upload your photos or send them on CD via US Mail, then complete our simple online order form and pay with paypal.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. When you receive your digital preview, if you are not 100% satisfied with your mosaic, even if you see the slighest thing you would like changed, we will revise your mosaic until it is perfect.

Approximately 24-48 hours after placing your order you will receive an email directing you to a digital preview of your photo mosaic. At this point if you are not 100% satisfied with your mosaic, we will revise your current mosaic, make you a new mosaic, or give you a 100% refund.

Most photo mosaics will be delivered within ten business days when ordered with ground shipping. Second day shipping and overnight shipping are available at an increased rate.

We recommend that you have at least 20 pictures to include in your photo mosaic. However, some mosaics have been made with as few as 10 and still look great.

If you do not have enough pictures of your own, we can supplement your picture collection with our stock photos.

The maximum number of photos you can submit depends on the size of your mosaic. For an 8x10 the maximum amount of photos is 200, for an 11x14 the maximum is 300, for a 12x18 the maximum is 400, for a 16x20 the maximum is 500 and for a 20x30 the maximum is 600. However, please don't feel obligated to upload this many photos, most users submit only 30-50 photos, and we find 20 photos is the minimum to produce good results.

How should my cell photos be cropped?

Please crop your cell photos to a horizontal 3x4 aspect ratio. You can upload cell photos that are not in a horizontal 3x4 aspect ratio, but when we crop them important details may be cut out of the picture.

What works best as a background image?

Most any picture will work well as a background image. However, most mosaics look best with a brighter background image.

Can I view my mosaic before it is printed?

Yes, we will show you a digital preview of your mosaic before it is printed. If you are not 100% satisfied we will modify or recreate your mosaic until you are completely satisfied.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through paypal. We also accept payments directly from your bank account, but please note that there is a holding period while we wait for your payment to clear with this method.

What countries do you accept orders from?

We currently only accept US orders. If you are interested in ordering from another country, and interested in purchasing a digital mosaic, please contact us and we can work with you.

Is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely. We accept payment through paypal. Here is a quote from their website regarding security: "PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher."
